Amazing hotel great atmosphere I’ve been here for over two weeks and I love it staff is very friendly and nice rooms are always nice and clean breakfast is great and they love pets I would recommend anyone to stay here very budget friendly as well
Honestly, was impressed by this hotel. We were about to stay at Day inns but the man over there was super rude (cockroaches in rooms aswell) I than, found this hotel and decide to give it a try. The lady and all of the staff were extremely kind the second my mom stepped in there. They charged us a cheap price and the room was very and i'm talking VERY luxury and clean. New management never dissapointed! Breakfast was included and had a variety of options from coffee to eggs to bagels and breads etc.... Before, we left we gifted the lady a choclate cake. This hotel is very recommended! Once, we come back we for sure will stay at this hotel again and hopefully reunite!
Rupal is excellent. this hotel is running because of her. she is super friendly , professional and very kind hearted. she welcomes guests with open heart and big bright smile. with her support and hard work this place will shine. going forward everyone from family and office staff will stay here.She is super super excellent and her husband Sir Raj is also very very great.
The rooms is wonderful, there is breakfast in the morning. Everything is clean, they will try to work with you and don't charge a arm and leg for room deposit. And its quiet area with no crime definitely recommend.
This hotel has cleaned up alot with new management. Don't let people just wonder around or even park on the property If they do not have a room. Very good rate per night. The lady behind the desk is super nice and understanding.
Fantastic Stay at Sonesta Essential Hotel Houston-I-45 Spring! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, newly renovated, and felt fresh and modern. The entire property was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel staff and management were incredibly nice: truly some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, which made my stay even better. Highly recommend staying here! I would definitely come back again.
This is an honest review. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk with excellent hospitality. The staff was very kind and welcoming—it didn’t feel like they were just doing a job. They genuinely made both me and my son feel at home. Our room was very clean and well maintained, with no bugs at all. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were full and supportive. Many hotels tend to skimp on pillows, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. I highly recommend this hotel. My son and I both truly enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was great. It was very clean with a Friendly staff. The room was large with a comfortable bed. I believe they had glow in the dark calk in front of the bathtub which was nice at night. They had a really nice mirror too. The parking lot was well lit. I could tell they care about their place of business and really put all they had in the remodel. I would definitely stay again. The price is unmatched for the quality.
